This Week at The Grand [VIDEO]
WDEA's Chris Popper was joined by Robin Jones from The Grand as they talked about the upcoming auditions this weekend for The Farnsworth Invention. We also found out that Jones and Gail LaRosa Thompson will be participating in The Grand's Mouth Off on April 9th.
The Farnsworth Invention is a play written by Aaron Sorkin (the Emmy-winning creator of The West Wing and the Oscar-winning writer of The Social Network, A Few Good Men and Steve Jobs) . Auditions for The Farnsworth Invention will be held Friday, April 1 from 6 pm- 8 pm and Sunday, April 3 from 1 pm- 3 pm. The production runs June 3 through June 5, 2016.

Actor 40s-50s: DAVID SARNOFF The first media mogul. Smart, relentless, savvy. Appears confident and determined.
Actor 30s-40s: PHILO T FARNSWORTH The last lone inventor. Even smarter, equally relentless but careful not to use his intellect to pick on anyone who isn't his own size- Sarnoff's the only man who's ever met that description.
