The True Terror of 9-11

I am sitting here at my desk, knowing that I should be doing work. That I should be writing commercials, that I should be selling advertising. Instead, I'm listening to and watching the live stream of family members reading the list of those who perished 12 years ago today, September 11, 2001. It's hard to write commercials, and talk on the phone, with a lump in your throat, and tears dripping from your eyes.

You cannot fathom the true terror of September 11th, without remembering the hundreds of victims that chose to die their own way, rather than knowing that the buildings were going to collapse, that the rescue personnel could not reach them, surrounded by fire and smoke.

This is disturbing footage. Please decide whether you should see it. But remember these victims, with a special prayer today.
