Thanks To Those Working

Merry Christmas to everyone! While most of us are home celebrating Christmas, it's important to realize that there are lots of people working. Case in point, as I drove home from the radio station today, 3 fire trucks passed me. My neighbor who is a police officer, is celebrating Christmas tomorrow with his family, including a 5 year old and 3 year old.

My son, Collin, is working as the Front Desk Manager at the Hampton Inn in Bangor. They have guests staying with them. There are convenience store clerks working, and the airport is staffed as flights go in and out of Bangor International Airport and Hancock County-Bar Harbor Airport.

So thank you to all those who are working today. I hope that when you celebrate Christmas, whether it be later today, as will be the case in our house, or tomorrow, that you have a very Merry Christmas, and thank you for working today.
