Suprise Wedding Reception (Video)

ImprovEverywhere came up with one of their best improv plans ever! They went to New York City Hall and told a couple that was being married in a civil ceremony that the Mayor's Office wanted to throw one random couple a free wedding reception! The newlyweds, cynical New Yorkers were of course skeptical, but had a great time! Free presents, free cake, free champagne toast.. Who wouldn't?
