Sumner Unified Basketball Team

Unified Basketball is the best thing that has come to Maine High School Sports. I broadcast two games last year on WDEA, and as I said, these games were some of the most enjoyable I broadcast all year! Sumner Memorial High School is starting a Unified Basketball Team this year!

Although they will not be playing in the MPA League this year, the Sumner Unified Basketball Team will play in the Special Olympics competition at UMaine in 2017. I hope this team has a great season and that the Sumner Memorial High School Community embraces this team in their inaugural season!
