Spurs Mascot Snags Flying Bat [VIDEO]

I hate bats! We used to have bats in our house, and I remember calling the Bangor Police Department asking them to come over. I had just got off the City Council and said I don't care if there are bullet holes in the walls, I just need the bat gone! They laughed and said something about rabies, and luckily my neighbor came to my rescue!

Imagine being at the basketball game on Monday, December 28th when Minnesota played San Antonio and a bat was flying around the arena! They actually cleared the arena... that dang rabies thing...  until finally the San Antonio Spurs' mascot "The Coyote" came to the rescue. The Coyote showed why he has been inducted into the mascot Hall of Fame, dressing up as Batman, and then netting the bat as it flew by!

I'm hoping he might be on call if I ever need him!
