SPCA Pet Fair Is This Sunday In Bar Harbor!
The SPCA of Hancock County has the perfect pet-friendly event to help you celebrate the dog days of summer!
The SPCA’s 5th Annual Pet Fair will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, August 4, at the College of the Atlantic on Eden Street in Bar Harbor. Admission is free.
The festivities will include a blessing of the animals, dog agility demonstrations, a bake sale, silent auction, face painting, a snow cone booth and games as well as goodies from local crafters and food vendors. Local animal rescue leagues and shelters will also have booths.
Leashed pet are welcome.
All proceeds will benefit the non-profit organization’s animal shelter on Bar Harbor Road in Trenton. The event is tented and will be held rain or shine. For information about the event, please contact the SPCA at (207) 667-8088.
