Boston pitching held Atlanta to just four hits and Jackie Bradley Jr. hit a solo home run as the Red Sox beat the Braves 1-0 Monday night. It doesn't sound like much, but the Sox are back over .500 at 10-9.

Rick Porcello pitched the first 6.2 innings of shutout ball. Robbie Ross, Koji Uehara and Craig Kimbrell closed out the game.

The Sox offense only mustered six hits - the biggie was the blast by JBJ in the 7th inning.

NOTE: The hapless Braves have hit only three home runs all season.

The Red Sox play the Atlanta Braves on Tuesday night with the pregame starting at 6:25 PM and 1st pitch at 7:10 on AM 1370 WDEA. The two teams then travel to Fenway Park for a two game series on Wednesday and then the Red Sox play the Yankees for 3 games starting on Friday in Boston.
