Sox-Indians Tuesday April 5th

The Boston Red Sox and Cleveland Indians will try again today, April 5th to play their opening game of the 2016 season. Game time temperature is expected to be in the very low 30's, but it's supposed to be sunny.

The first pitch is at 1:10 PM with the pregame starting at 12:25 PM on AM 1370 WDEA. This means that barring another postponement, the Red Sox will play 9 consecutive games before their next scheduled off-day on April 14th.

Boston has opened on the road 18 of the last 21 seasons, including this year, and are 8-9 in those road games. They have won 2 out of their last 3 Opening Day games, and 5 out of their last 8 Opening Day games since 2008.
