Sox Fall Short In Finale [VIDEO]

The up and down season of the Boston Red Sox is down again after getting swept by the Baltimore Orioles in a 6-5 loss in the series finale.Manny Machado had 2 hits including a home run to lead the birds and also scored 2 runs. Adam Jones and Mike Reimold also went deep adding to the Orioles attack.

Boston starter Wade Miley lasted just 4 innings after allowing 5 runs on 9 hits to take his 6th loss of the season. Miley and manager John Farrell went at it in the dugout when Miley was lifted after 4 innings.

The Sox will try to get back in the win column tonight when they return to Fenway Park for a weekend series against the Toronto Blue Jays. The first pitch is at 7:10 with the pregame starting at 6:25 on AM 1370 WDEA.
