The Baltimore Orioles  jumped on Clay Buchholz and grabbed a 6-0 lead after three innings. Like Sunday night, the Red Sox came back on the O's, only this time they came up short. Orioles 7 Sox 6.

Clay Buchholz lasted just 2.1 innings after giving 6 earned runs in the third inning. The O's got 7 hits and a walk to drive him out of the game.

The Sox comeback included  David Ross and Mike Napoli home runs. But again, the Sox squandered chances going just 2 of 10 with runners in scoring position. They had the bases loaded in the 9th with one out but could only score one run.

The Red Sox fall to 9-11 and host the Yankees next. Tomorrow night it's the return of Jacoby Ellsbury in pinstripes. You can hear this game on AM 1370 WDEA with the pregame starting at 6:25 and first pitch at 7:10 PM
