Sign That Catches Your Attention

I came across this sign yesterday in Town Hill and did a double take. We all see road signs every day, and I think become a little bit immune to them. After all how many times have you seen a Slow Child At Play Sign?

But, when I saw this sign, I did a double take and I checked the speedometer, to make sure I wasn't speeding! So I guess it worked! What do you think of signs like this?
