Seven Free Items on the Maine Craig’s List That You May Actually Use
It's always fun to cruise around Craig's List to find what sort of FREE stuff you can pick up in our area!
Some is pure junk, but with a little hard work and ingenuity, other stuff could be the find of a lifetime! Here's a few free items on the Maine Craig's List that you may actually use, or maybe not.
Hey, why not? You always wanted to hit the open water! Like I said, with a little hard work and a little love, this cruiser may get you all the way to New Zealand! The boat is located in Ellsworth, and the mast, boom, sails and all hardware, free!
Now here's where the ingenuity part comes in. You could either bust up these crates for firewood, or, you could pull off some very creative wood-working, and maybe actually build a hut for your own snowmobile! The stack of crates is 8 feet tall, 12 feet wide, and 20 feet long, and it's located in Bangor.
This won't last long. There's good money piled up there in a yard somewhere off Stillwater Avenue in Orono!
Here's a pretty cool leather couch that's currently sitting in someone's garage in Lewiston. With a little bit of leather cleaner and elbow grease, this may be good enough to drink a Schlitz or two while watching the game in your man cave.
This is worth the trip to Kezar Falls! Shine this baby up, replace a key or two and then have someone tune it, and then just imagine how impressed your friends will be when they walk into your living room and see it! There is no doubt that it will be the hit of any party, because there's always someone who will know how to play it!
Here's an older model Hot Springs hot tub located in Bangor that is big enough for four people! Let the party begin! According to the owner, the tub needs a little fixing, but nothing that an everyday handy-man can't handle. You'll need a trailer to move it, but just think how relaxed your muscles will feel after you get it going and you're soaking in it some Saturday night with your lady!
Here's HP PSC 500 printer/scanner/color copier located in Sullivan that hasn't been used in a couple of years, but it's been well cared for and seems to work pretty well. Face it, you always need a copier for one reason or another, and it's the right time of the year for all of those butt photos that your friends will want to take at the holiday party!
