Scott Phelps Tribute [VIDEO]

During the Old Town-John Bapst Football Game on Friday October 9th Scott Phelps will be posthumously inducted into the John Bapst Hall of Fame.
Knowing that many of Scott's friends can't be at the game, especially those on the Island, WDEA's Chris Popper recorded the following, that will be played at half time of the Madison-MDI Football Game. Scott Phelps will always be in our hearts.
