David Price picked up the win for the Red Sox, pitching 6.0 innings. He allowed 3 runs, all earned on 5 hits. He struck out 7 and walked 1. Price is now 6-4. Craig Kimbrel picked up his 19th save, striking out 2 in the 9th.

Christian Vazquez hit his 1st homer of the season, and Andrew Benintendi hit a 2 run homer, both homers coming in the 7th inning.  JD Martinez was 2-4 with 2 RBIs

The Red Sox remain in a virtual 1st place tie with the New York Yankees, who beat Baltimore 8-5.
