Red Sox – Rays Preview April 22

The Boston Red Sox look to make it 3 in a row, when they take on the Tampa Bay Rays tonight, April 22nd at Tropicana Stadium, with the pregame starting at 6:20 and first pitch at 7:10 on AM 1370 WDEA. Last night the Red Sox defeated Tampa Bay 1-0 on an unearned run.

Joe Kelly 1-0 with a 2.13 ERA takes the mound for the Red Sox and he’ll be opposed by right hander Nathan Karns who is 1-1 with a 4.58 ERA. The Red Sox have released their starting lineup, and it shows Mike Napoli swapping places with Pablo Sandoval in the batting order. Napoli will now bat fifth and Sandoval sixth. Brock Holt, is not in the starting lineup for the first time in the last five games.
