The Boston Red Sox game against Cleveland scheduled for Thursday April 7th has been posptoned. Joe Kelly was  scheduled to take the mound for the Red Sox. Kelly finished the 2015 season going 8-0 in his last 9 starts. He will be opposed on the mound by Danny Salazar.

Manager John Farrell has posted the starting lineup, and the only change is that Ryan Hanigan is the starting catcher, and batting 8th, replacing Blake Swihart.

The Boston Red Sox will travel to Toronto after the game to play a 3 game series against the Blue Jays. Rick Porcello will pitch Friday April 8th with the first pitch at 7:07 PM, Steven Wright will pitch Saturday April 9th at 1:07 PM and David Price will take the mound on Sunday, April 10th at 1:07 PM
