Preparing for Championship Weeks and a Look Back at the Regular Season [VIDEO]

WDEA's Chris Popper sat down with MDI Track and Field Coach Aaron Long earlier this week. The MDI Trojans Outdoor Track and Field Team begins their quest for Championship Hardware on Friday, May 18th when they compete in the Hancock County Championships.

On Friday, May 25th they will compete in the PVC Championships at Brewer High School and then Saturday, June 2nd it's the State Championships. Coach Long looks at the regular season meets and talks about preparing for the Championship Weeks.
