Trees already weak  from the October 30th storm are being tested on Friday, November 10th, as winds come from the Northwest, blowing  20 to 30 miles per hour with gusts up to 55 miles per hour. Consequently, there are power outages in the Emera Maine service area.

As of 1 PM, there were 4256 Emera Maine customers without power. You can view the live outage and restoration map here

According to Emera "So long as the wind conditions allow crews to work safely they will remain in the field making repairs and restoring service. Additional crews are available to assist should they be needed, and additional staff have been added to the Customer Contact Center to assist customers with questions.
