Power Outage Update November 4th

9 PM Update

Emera Maine has made steady progress today, as the outages are now down to 16,307. If you are still without power, you should assume you will be without power for the night. Estimated restoration times continue to be Washington County - tonight; Northern Penobscot and Piscataquis Counties - Wednesday night and Penobscot and Hancock Counties - Thursday Night.

11:30 AM Update

Just under 30,000 Emera Maine customers remain without power, with the majority in Penobscot and Hancock Counties. Crews continue to endeavor to restore power as quickly and safely as possible.

We start day 3 of power outages in our area, and as of 4 AM there were 35,107 Emera Maine customers without power.

Emera Maine has more crews coming in to help with the restoration efforts.Here are the latest anticipated restoration times Washington County – Most customers by the end of day Tuesday; Northern Penobscot and Piscataquis Counties – Most customers by the end of day Wendesday. Penobscot and Hancock Counties – Most customers by the end of the day Thursday.
