Ponies Beat Trojans 16-6

The Foxcroft Academy Ponies beat the MDI Trojans in softball on Saturday afternoon in Bar harbor 16-6 as the Trojans defense committed 7 errors in the game.

Senior Desirae Brawn paced the Ponies with 3 of their 13 hits. Brawn had a home run, double and single. Freshman Mackenzie Beaudry was in the circle for Foxcroft Academy.

MDI banged out 6 hits, and Aubrey Boyce had a double and single, while Ali Bender had 2 singles. Freshman Lindsey McEachern was in the circle for MDI while freshman Hannah Chamberlain was behind the plate.

MDI is now 0-2. They host John Bapst Tuesday, April 26th at 4:30 PM.

Foxcroft Academy is 3-0 and will play host to Old Town on Tuesday, April 26th at 4:30 PM.
