Police have found a missing York man, safe and sound, after he went missing in Hudson.

Public Safety spokesman Steve McCausland says 82-year-old Frederick Taylor had been missing since noon Saturday from a home in Hudson. He was last seen driving a white 2002 Ford F150 pickup truck with Maine license plate 112292. Authorities say he left to go to the store and never made it back.

On Sunday, Taylor was located on a dirt road in LaGrange where he had spent the night, after getting stuck in the mud. His pickup was found about a quarter mile onto the woods road after nearby neighbors reported hearing a vehicle's horn. A Maine Forest Service helicopter located the truck at around noon on Sunday.
