The road to Bangor goes via New Jersey for the Acadian Senior League baseball team! They are the Senior League Maine Champions, and will play teams from Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut and New Jersey to see who will be the United States East representative at the Senior League World Series in Bangor.

The Acadians defeated Coastal on Sunday for the State Championship by the score of 8-5. Riley Swanson pitched 6 innings for the win, and Nick Stanley pitched the 7th for the save. Becket Slayton took the loss for Coastal pitching 6 innings.
