NWS Caribou Official Weather Outlook [VIDEO]

The National Weather Service in Caribou has released their official weather forecast for the winter of 2015-16. They're predicting that January - March the temperatures may be slightly warmer than the 30 year average, and that precipitation may be slightly above normal. Unlike last year, there may be more mixed precipitation events rather than all snow events.
