No Holt? Red Sox Preview April 25th

One night after hitting a 3 run home run that gave the Red Sox the win, Brock Holt will start Saturday night's game on the bench, as the Boston Red Sox play the Baltimore Orioles with the pregame starting at 6:20 PM and first pitch at 7:05.

The tied for first place Red Sox will send Justin Masterson to the mound tonight, in a repeat of Monday's Patriot's Day game! He is 2-0 with a 5.74 ERA. He got the victory over Baltimore in the Patriot’s Day game on Monday. He’ll be faced by Wie-Yin Chen, who took the loss on Monday. He is 0-1 with a 3.07 ERA.

Shane Victorino has been placed on the 15 day Disabled List. Replacing him in right field is Allen Craig. Holt is back on the bench as Xander Bogaerts gets the start at shortstop. The Red Sox have called up right handed relief pitcher Matt Barnes to replace Victorino on the active roster.

The teams conclude their 3 game series Sunday afternoon with the pregame at 12:50 and first pitch at 1:35 PM on AM 1370 WDEA.
