It didn't take long for the West to establish they were not going to allow the East to win a third straight Shrine Lobster Bowl scoring early and often to claim a 45-21 victory. The West used a spread offense that had the East on their heals as Falmouth quarterback Noah Nelson threw for 247 yards and 4 touchdowns on his way to being named the games most valuable player. Gabe Seeley of Leavitt had 5 catches for 67 yards and 2 touchdowns.

East quaterback Matt Stewart threw a touchdown pass to Cony's Tayler Carrier and Ace Curry of Lewiston also had a scoring catch for the East.
