My 1st Maine Road Race

I have been working out religiously, and am planning on running in my first road race in Maine, at the age of 56! I'm planning on competing in the 2nd Annual Couch Potato Road Race, the .00020K this Friday, March 31st!  I just hope I don't pull a hamstring!

The .00020K Race kicks off at the Down East Family YMCA in Ellsworth. Race times are Friday March 31st at: 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM,12:00 Noon, and  3:00 PM. There will also be a  race on Saturday, April 1st at 8:00 AM. This .00020K is family friendly and appropriate for children too.

Registration in $10.00 and includes a great T-Shirt while supplies last. Proceeds benefit the Down East Family YMCA.

Oh, and just so you don't have to do the math, I have done it for you. .00020K is the equivalent of 7.87 inches or is it?
