Even Mookie Betts himself can't explain it. He simply owns Camden Yards in Baltimore these days. Two more home runs, five RBI in last night's 5-3  win for the Red Sox over the Birds.

In seven games in Baltimore this year Betts now has seven homers and 13 RBI.

Betts is now hitting .315 with 28 HRs and 89 RBI.

The down side to the Sox win - starter Eduardo Rodriguez had to leave the game in the 5th inning with a hamstring injury. He had not given up and hit and had seven strikeouts at this time. Now the question is just how serious is the injury.

The victory puts the Sox at 66-52. That means all three teams - the Sox, O's and Blue Jays have 52 losses. Toronto does have two more wins and will be in first place for the moment.

The Red Sox have now won 5 in a row, and have 3 wins in 3 different cities in 3 days, having won in Boston on Sunday, Cleveland on Monday and Baltimore on Tuesday! The Red Sox take on the Orioles Tuesday night with the pregame starting at 6:20 on AM 1370 WDEA. David Price is scheduled to pitch for the Red Sox.
