MMA Coach’s Show Feb 4, 2015 [AUDIO]

Wednesday brings us the Maine Maritime Basketball Coach's Shows, and WDEA's Chris Popper had the opportunity to chat with Coach David Muchnick from the Men's Basketball Team and Coach Craig Dagan from the Women's Basketball Team.

The Men went 0-2 in their swing through Vermont last week. Coach Muchnick talked about the fact that the men were in it to win it throughout the games. The Mariners will host Colby-Sawyer on Friday night at 5:30 PM and New England College Saturday afternoon at 1 PM. Coach Muchnick talked about what it would take for the Mariners to prevail in those games. Of course, we couldn't resist asking the New York Jet's #1 fan his take on the Super Bowl on Sunday, and we found out that Coach Muchnick was over at Coach Dagan's House!

The MMA Women's Team is sporting a 3-1 record in their last four games, after soundly defeating Green Mountain on January 30th before losing to Castleton State on January 31st. Coach Dagan talks about the Vermont trips and previews the games this weekend against Colby Sawyer Friday night at 7:30 and New England College at 3 PM.  He talks about the Super Bowl, and some of the lessons from the game he will chat to his team about in Wednesday's practice.
