Missing Person in Bangor

On Sunday Dec 15, 2013 at about 10:45 AM the Bangor Police Department received a report of a missing person.  Family members reported that Si “Tobi” Lam, a 22 yr old male from Bangor, had left his family’s Garland Street home on foot sometime during the night and has not returned home since then.  Lam’s family last saw him at about 10:30 PM and stated he was gone when they woke up.  He is very new to the area, has no friends that the family knows of, and they have no idea where he may have gone.  Tobi, who also uses the nickname Lee, is described as being about 5’ tall and approx 180 lbs.  He has dark hair and brown eyes, and wears prescription glasses.  Tobi is believed to have been wearing a dark colored jacket, and dark colored winter pants.  This behavior is unlike Tobi, and his family is very concerned for his welfare.  This case is currently under investigation and we will release additional information if it becomes available.  If you have seen Tobi Lam, or have any idea where he might be, please call Detective Myron Warner at Bangor Police Department at 947-7384 ext 5740
