Miss Universe and Steve Harvey. Those two will be forever entwined after Steve Harvey initially announced Miss Colombia as the winner and then after she had been crowned and taken her walk, announced that he had been mistaken, and that she was the runner-up and that Miss Philippines was the true winner.

In what could only be described as one of the most awkward moment on live television ever, they removed the crown from Miss Colombia and placed it on Miss Philippines' head. It's unclear how much English Miss Colombia knows, and if she understood everything that was happening.

Steve Harvey showed the card and it clearly said that Miss Philippines was the winner, and that Miss Colombia was the 1st runner-up. In a tweet, Harvey said that the teleprompter had Miss Colombia as the winner. Harvey in a rush to apologize ended up irritating more, by referring to Miss Philippines as "Miss Philippians" and Miss Colombia as "Miss Columbia."
