MDI Track & Field Are Champions

The MDI Track and Field Teams are the Hancock County Champions after winning the Hancock County Meet held at Ellsworth High School on Friday, May 19th. Up next are the PVC Championships which will be held at MDI High School this coming Saturday, May 27th starting at 11 AM.

On the Girl's side MDI finished 1st with 171 points, while GSA was 2nd with 129 points. Ellsworth High School  was 3rd with 48 points, Bucksport High School was 4th with 16 points and Sumner Memorial High School was 5th with 8 points. On the Boy's side, MDI finished 1st with 302 points, while GSA was 2nd with 121 points. Ellsworth High School was 3r4d with 73 points, while Bucksport High School, Deer Isle-Stonington High School and Sumner Memorial High School were all tied for 4th with 18 points.
