MDI Softball Beats Washington Academy 10-1

The MDI Trojan's Softball team evened their record (2-2) with a 10-1 victory over Washington Academy Tuesday, April 23rd in Bar Harbor. With the loss Washington Academy evened their record at 2-2 as well.

Hailey Littlefield pitched 6 innings for the win for the Trojans. Littlefield struck out 8, while allowing 5 hits, 1 run and walked 1. Hannah Shaw came on in the 7th inning for MDI and struck out 2, walked 2 and allowed a hit. Kassidy Seely was in the circle for Washington Academy. Seely struck out 14, and walked 6. She allowed 13 hits, giving up 10 runs in 6 innings.
