MDI Show Choirs Bring Home Medals [VIDEO]

The MDI Show Choirs competed in the State Vocal Jazz Festival in Millinocket this weekend and the MDI High School Show Choir is the Division 1 State Champion with a Gold Award and the MDI High School Trojan Trebs earned a Bronze Award!

In addition to the Gold Award, the Show Choir, under the direction of Bronwyn Kortge also took the Outstanding Choreography Award. Ivy Sanborn was awarded an Outstanding Musicianship Award for her solo work. Outstanding Musicianship Awards were also presented  to Bonnie Snyder, Desmond Reifsnyder and Rylee Burns for their trio "the Fire Queen and Sisters"
