MDI-Old Town Basketball

The MDI Trojans will play the Old Town Coyotes on Tuesday, January 7th and Wednesday, January 8th at 7 PM, with the pregames starting at 6:40 on WDEA AM 1370 and WDEA Internet Radio.

Tuesday, January 7th, the 7-1 MDI Girls play host to the Old Town Coyotes at Bernard Paradis Gymnasium. MDI's lone loss came at the hands of Presque Isle on December 28th 58-56. MDI defeated Old Town in the first game of the season, December 6th, 75-48. Old Town's lone victory was over Caribou on Saturday, January 4th when they defeated the Vikings 52-31.

Wednesday, January 8th, the 6-2 MDI Boys team will travel to Mackenzie Gymnasium in Old Town to play the Coyotes, who have a 6-3 record. As of Tuesday morning, MDI and Old Town were tied in 4th place in the Heal Point standings. MDI defeated Old Town in Bar Harbor, the first game of the season, 51-45.
