MDI Girls 5 Ellsworth 0

On Senior Night in Bar Harbor, MDI High School honored it's 3 seniors on the Girl's Soccer Team, Julianna Cleaves, Keely McConomy and Opal Curless, and then proceeded to beat Ellsworth 5-0.

Opal Curless had her 6th hat trick of the season, and scored her 26th, 27th and 28th goals of the season. Paige Mason scored the first goal, and eventual game winner and Adrianna Novella scored with an assist from Curless.

MDI goalkeeper Keely McConomy had 6 saves on 8 shots, while Ellsworth goalkeeper Callie Hammer had 12 saves on 19 shots.

MDI finishes the regular season at 10-4, while Ellsworth finishes at 1-11-2. MDI finishes the regular season in 5th place in the Heal Point Standings. MDI will play host to #12 Gardiner in a prelim game on Friday, October 23rd.
