MDI Girls 2 Ellsworth 1

The MDI Girl's Soccer Team defeated Ellsworth on Monday night, October 20th on Senior Night in Bar Harbor by the score of 2-1

MDI received goals from Ivy Wallace and Darcy Kanu. Courtney Wasson scored for Ellsworth. MDI goalie Keely McConomy saved five of 10 shots. Callie Hammer of Ellsworth saved 10 of 20 shots.

MDI finishes the regular season with a record of 10-3-1, and should finish in 4th place in the Heal Point standings. They will place the 13th seed in a prelim game on Saturday October 25th in Bar Harbor. The 13th seed could be either John Bapst, Old Town or Belfast.

Ellsworth finishes the regular season with a record of 3-11-0 and unfortunately will not be playing in the playoffs.
