MDI Boy’s 3rd Girl’s 4th In Indoor Track&Field Saturday

The MDI Boy's Indoor Track and Field Team came in 3rd and the Girl's Team finished 4th at the Indoor Track and Field Meet held Saturday, January 21st at the University of Maine Field House. Giovanni McKenzie set a new facility record with a Triple Jump of 41'-11".

Of special note the MDI Boys placed 1-2-3 in the Shot Put with Micah Hallett finishing 1st followed by Sam Hoff and Gilbert Isaacs.

Of special note in the Girl's Meet, Ashley Anderson finished 1st in the 55 Meter Dash and 400 Meter Dash. Tia Tardy and Zoe Olson finished 1st and 2nd in the 800 Meter Run and Tardy finished 1st in the 200 Meter Dash. The MDI 4x200 Meter Relay Team finished 1st. The relay team was comprised of Lily Turner, Ashley Anderson, Zoe Olson and Ally Bender.
