MDI Band – Superstar (Video)

There's something special about the song "Jesus Christ Superstar". After 8 years broadcasting MDI Basketball games, I get a chill when I hear it. The MDI Band fills the gym with sound, whether it's Bernard Parady Gymnasium or the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor! When one of the ice skaters at the Olympics was skating to "Jesus Christ Superstar" I kept looking for the basketball team to run out onto the ice :)

Here's the MDI Band, under the direction of Michael Remy, playing at the Cross Insurance Center on Friday, February 14th at the 8 PM game against Ellsworth.
