Congratulations to Mary Dysart Hartt who was selected the 2014 Restaurateur of the Year by the Maine Restaurant Association! I am honored to say I know Mary, and she is so deserving of this award! To be able to run a restaurant, constantly innovate, motivate staff and insure that you are always putting out a consistent, quality product without suffering burnout is no easy task!
