Marketing 101

As you drive onto Mount Desert Island you can find roadside stands selling firewood for campfires. Being Maine, they're all self pay, using the honor system.

Most of them offer bundles of wood for $3.00. However there is this stand in Town Hill that offers organic firewood! The owners of this stand seem to think that being how it is locally grown, organic firewood, that it is worth $4.00 a bundle! By the looks of how much wood was left in the stand, it would seem that tourists like the locally grown, organic firewood!
