We have some seen some crazy first pitches this year, and the one prior to Saturday's playoff game between the San Francisco Giants and Washington Nationals may haven been the craziest of them all.

Sargent First Class Brian Keaton (Retired) was injured in Iraq and spent three and a half years at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center recovering from a traumatic brain injury and post traumatic stress disorder. As you can see, rather than just pitching the ball from the mound, or in front of the mound, crawled on his belly behind the mound, and pretended that the baseball was a grenade and tossed it towards the Nationals' catcher!
