A 20-year-old man is facing a charge of Arson, class A for a fire that destroyed a mobile home in December. He told investigators he was despondent over some personal issues.

Waldo County Sheriff Jeffrey Trafton said in a press release that the arrest was the result of an investigation into a December 28th residential fire on Landry Lane in Unity. Addison Duong, formerly of Unity, admitted to deputies that he was upset over relationship problems he was having with his girlfriend and that's why he started the fire that devastated the mobile home.

Duong was taken to the Waldo County Correctional Center where he's being held on $5,000 cash or $25,000 surety bail. The Maine Fire Marshal's office and Waldo County Sheriff's office worked together on the investigation.
