A man who had been sought in connection with the shooting death of another man has turned himself in to police. He is one of three people accused of killing Charles Raybine, who was killed as he sat in a car outside an apartment house.

Public Safety spokesman Steve McCausland said in a press release that Mohamud Mohamed, age 21, turned himself in at the Cumberland County Courthouse, accompanied by his attorney, this afternoon. He's one of three men charged with murder in connection with Raybine's death.

Bub Peter Nquany, age 25, is awaiting his trial that's scheduled for the summer. The third suspect, 20-year-old John Lopez, was arrested in Old Orchard Beach in April. Police say the murder was drug-related.
