Maine State Police Dog Gus Gets A New Bullet Proof Vest

Thanks to the generosity of Madeline Hamersley of Sorrento, and Vested Interest in K9s Inc, located in East Taunton, MA, Trooper dog Gus has received a brand new bullet and stab proof vest to wear while doing his job!

Gus, a Belgian Malinois, who patrols Oxford County with his owner Trooper Jon Russell, is the 15th police dog to benefit from the generosity of Madeline Hamersley.

Now, all 25 Maine State Police dogs are outfitted and protected by vests!
