Maine Newscasters in Beauty Pageants

It appeared that one of yesterday's posts caused quite a stir. But, let's face it, Maine has been very lucky to have not only talented, but beautiful female newscasters.

Case in point. Cindy Williams, who was a top 5 finalist for Miss USA in 1986 as Miss Mississippi.

Sharon Pelletier who anchored Channel 5 (WABI TV)'s 6 PM News for years was a former Miss Maine. She won the Miss Maine title in 1995.
