Good news for foliage fans, as the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry is reporting low (10-30 percent) color change throughout the state. Even with the heavy rain in the greater Bangor area on Wednesday, it doesn't seem to have affected the leaf drop, and it looks like the prime foliage viewing will occur right around Columbus Day, as it seems to every year!

Cooler night temperatures, in the 30-40's could hasten the color turn. To see the full foliage report for September 30th, click HERE
