Littlefield Pitches Thomas Sweeps

Former MDI Trojan Haley Littlefield pitched in both games on Sunday, April 17th as Thomas College swept Bates 12-1 and 12-11. Thomas is now 10-13 overall and 301 in the North Atlantic Conference. They play a doubleheader on Tuesday April 19th at home against conference rival UMaine - Presque Isle at 3 PM and 5 PM.

In the 1st game, Littlefield pitched a perfect 5th inning, retiring all 3 batters she faced. In the 2nd game, she pitched the final 2.2 innings, allowing 2 runs, 1 of which was earned  on 4 hits, striking out 1.

Former MDI Trojan Molly Carroll was 0-1 at the plate.
