Judge Berman: “No Deal, Ruling Next” [VIDEO]

No settlement in the Tom Brady vs the NFL deflategate case. Judge Richard Berman has ended the hearing in about 20-minutes and said he will issue a ruling by Friday, perhaps as early as tomorrow or Wednesday.

At the moment, the league has suspended Brady for four games.

The Patriots play their final preseason game Thursday night vs the NY Giants and then the season opener is one week later.
