If the flu bug wasn't bad enough, the Red Sox have lost Jackie Bradley Jr. for at least a game, on Sunday, April 9th after catching his spike rounding 1st on a fly ball in Saturday's loss to the Detroit Tigers. He is out of Sunday's lineup. The good news is that Mookie Betts is returning after being out with the flu.

The Red Sox are without Hanley Ramirez who wasn't even in Detroit with the flu.  Rick Porcello will make his 2nd start of the season, and try and break the Red Sox's 2 game losing streak.

Here is today's starting lineup for the Red Sox

1. Pedroia, D, 2B
